What’s the structure of the current team?
This role sits within our Marketing department and partners directly with our North America team, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing. All of Rasa’s Marketing department is based in North America, while the rest of the organization, especially Product, is distributed across Europe.

Is this a 100% remote role? Yes, but you must be a resident of and sit within the US, UK, or Serbia for this position.
- Rasa was founded as a remote-first company. We offer work-from-home benefits, which include your choice between a work-from-home monthly stipend (baked into your paychecks) or expensing a flex desk at a local co-working space.
- Day-to-day, you will be expected to work your local business hours, with the occasional early meetings for those in the USA to overlap with Europe, or occasional evenings for those in Europe to overlap with the USA.

- Marketing is a very influential department, and as a Marketing Operations Specialist, you can support our growth initiatives through hands-on execution of marketing campaigns and technical marketing operations.

What are the top qualities you’re looking for in candidates?
- The Marketing Operations Specialist needs good technical skills, as well as project management skills. The candidate should also have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.
- Hands-on and proactive, you’re comfortable managing projects independently from start to finish, especially in a small team.

What are the timeline expectations to make this hire?
- We’d like to hire this role ASAP but we will wait to hire until we find the right candidate. We are ready to move as quickly as we can coordinate scheduling interviews.
- Upcoming onboarding dates: 3 & 17 of March, 1 & 22 of April, 5 & 19 of May, and so on
