  2. Why do you need to hire for this role?

    1. Today, Rasa has ~100 employees. We hired heavily in Product and Engineering over the last two years, and put a heavier emphasis on the Go-To-Market teams: Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing hires this year.
    2. We are growing our territories and hiring more Account Executives, so we are also hiring the necessary support roles, including Pre Sales SEs to support the activities created by the growing AE team.

  3. What’s the structure of the current team?

    1. Our company is distributed between North America and Europe. We focus our hiring in regions where we have business entities: the USA, the UK, France, Germany, and Serbia.
      1. The majority of our employees sit within our entities, with a few Rasas in Canada, France, and other European countries.
      2. ~75% of Rasa’s are in Europe and 25% in the States.
    2. There are currently 3 Pre Sales SE’s at Rasa (3.5x if we include the manager, Maxim-Carl, since he is a player-coach!) … Broken down, we have 1.5x in North America (.5 for the Director who is hands-on), 2x in Europe (1x in England and 1x in France).
    3. In 2026: We have 3x current openings - these are all new headcounts and in the USA.
    4. We will have roughly an 12:5.5 ratio; AE:Pre-Sales SE

  4. Is this a 100% remote role? Yes, but we can only hire for this role in the USA.

    1. Rasa was founded as a remote-first company. We offer your choice between a work-from-home stipend or expensing a local co-working space.
    2. You will be expected to work your local business hours, with the occasional early mornings for those in the USA, or afternoon meetings for those in Europe, where there is overlap with each other’s time zones.
    3. Rasa does not offer work authorization (Visa sponsorship) for USA employees.

  5. What are the timeline expectations to make this hire?

    1. We’d like to hire this role ASAP but we will wait to hire until we find the right candidate. We are ready to move as quickly as we can coordinate scheduling interviews.
