- This is a new role to join our Engineering team and work on building the foundations for our product telemetry and data engineering practices

What’s the structure of the current team?
- Our company is distributed between North America and Europe. We have four entities: the USA, the UK, Germany, and Serbia.
- The majority of our employees sit within our entities, with a few Rasas in Canada, France, and other European countries.
- The engineering team is primarily based in Europe.
- We have a Director of Engineering, Maxime, with 4 Squads reporting to him:
- Swift Squad, focused on our Hello Rasa;
- Engine and Voice Squads, focused on the Machine Learning engine of the platform and Voice AI
- Platform Squad, focused on platform and deployment

Is this a 100% remote role? Yes, but you must sit within / be a resident of one of our European business entities: the UK, Germany, or Serbia.
- Rasa was founded as a remote-first company. We offer your choice between a work-from-home stipend or expensing a local co-working space.
- You will be expected to work your local business hours, with very occasional late afternoon meetings for Europe, where there is overlap with each other’s time zones.

- Onboarding Dates: 1st and 15th of every month, if it falls on a weekend or holiday, we try to move as close to it as possible
