Why do you need to hire for this role?
- This is a backfill for a member of our staff. One of our Sr. Product Designers left and we are hiring a replacement under Clem, our Product Director.
- The new Product Designer will work mainly with our “Swift Squad”, which will be focusing on onboarding to the Rasa Platform for both technical and non-technical users

What’s the structure of the current team?
- Our company is distributed between North America and Europe. We have four entities: the USA, the UK, Germany, and Serbia.
- The majority of our employees sit within our entities, with a few Rasas in Canada, France, and other European countries.
- The engineering team is primarily based in Europe.
- Product Designers work closely with Product Managers and have a high level of autonomy and responsibility. They often lead discovery independently, speak directly with customers for user research, and collaborate closely with engineering, conducting design reviews and proactively supporting development throughout the build phase.

Is this a 100% remote role? Yes, but you must sit within / be a resident of one of our European business entities: the UK, Germany, or Serbia.
- Rasa was founded as a remote-first company. We offer your choice between a work-from-home stipend or expensing a local co-working space.
- You will be expected to work your local business hours, with very occasional late afternoon meetings for Europe, where there is overlap with each other’s time zones.

What are the timeline expectations for you to make this hire?
- We are ready to hire for this role ASAP as soon as we find the right candidate.
- Onboarding Dates: 1st and 15th of every month, if it falls on a weekend or holiday, we try to move as close to it as possible
